Question by nuskool_nino: Serious Linux alternatives for Final Cut Studio, Cubase 5 and TMPGenc?
I am convinced that Linux is structurally and functionally better than any other OS, but is there any software which you can run on it that can replace the ones mentioned here (that has lots of functions for professional audio/video editing as well as video SD to HD transcoding….etc)?

I haven’t been able to test it out yet, but Kdenlive was recommended to me for my video editing/authoring: http://www.kdenlive.org/
