Home studio for hip hop productions?

Hey everyone,
I was planning to make a home studio with student budget. I was wondering if you guys could help me out with your experiences.
The studio will only be used for recording vocals and making beats. I don’t want to use any live instruments.
I have a laptop dell vostro 1500 which runs windows XP. I prefer not to buy a new computer if possible.
This is what I think I need please add any other thing you think I need and give me a model or brand to buy which you think will best suit me(I already have Nuendo and Flstudio):
Audio interface –> m-audio fast track pro?
Condenser mic –> Behringer b1 ?
Mic stand
Pop filter
Keyboard –> this is the main part I’m struggling with. I don’t know which type of keyboard I need. I will use it to make beats. I want something to be easy to use and compatible with FL so I can import instruments into it.

To record vocals, get the free Cool Edit Pro 2.0. It’s fairly easy to learn, and if you use it right, you can get professional quality vocals… For a condenser mic, get the Samson Co1u condenser mic… cheapest, best mic. About $ 90? I think this comes with a pop filter as well, or, if not, you can even make a homemade pop filter out of any stretchy material over a coat hanger… Shit, that’s what I used to use haha. But, a pop filter’s only about 15-20 dollars anyway. For a keyboard, sorry, I don’t really have much experience there, but just keep looking… If you have a little more money, try to get an MPC
