I haven’t downloaded it yet, but I want to download the free version of fl (fruity loops) studio on my computer but I want to know if i can upload mp3′s and do stuff with them on the program beforehand. And also basically what can the free version do as opposed to the purchase version?

Yes you can. I have. Like you probably already know, you can use it to make music, and you can save your progress, but until you purchase the full version of Fl Studio, you will NOT be able to re-open a saved file.

BTW: The free version is the exact same thing, except for the re-opening as previously mentioned.
